Stadium 974

Located in Ras Abu Aboud, about 10 km east of Doha, Qatar, Stadium 974 was a unique football venue designed to be dismantled after its use. The stadium was constructed using 974 recycled shipping containers, a nod to Qatar’s international dialing code. The stadium served as a temporary facility, hosting matches during both the 2021 FIFA Arab Cup and the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
