Design & Build of a 5- Key Private Island Development is a private estate not a hotel. Its philosophy is therefore very different & the design approach, according to Client requirements, must therefore be residential and eclectic. It will include both accommodation & facilities for resort activities along with support services. Thuwal Island is a small sandy island located in a coral archipelago in the Red Sea at the west coast of Arabian peninsula that consists of a series of reefs and outcroppings that run from north to south, roughly parallel to the shore of the mainland.
